The Bouncer Feeder

Description:

• Discourage squirrels and larger birds from reaching your bird seed with the Vari-Crafts Bouncer Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder. This impressive unit features an innovative design that hinders squirrels and large birds from feeding without the extra accessories that can fail or break. There are no batteries, motors, or springs to go wrong with this feeder. If a squirrel can get past the extra-long 17" clear Polycarbonate feeder tube, it will only be frustrated when it steps on one of the four, individually counter balanced perches. The perches are weight counterbalanced individually and are sensitive to weights of about 2 ounces or more. This accommodates small songbirds and most cardinals, but collapses inward under the weight of larger creatures, such as grackles and squirrels. The solid green metal cap, base and ports bring a bit of color to the piece, and the generous tube holds 5 quarts of seed. The clear plastic keeps seed levels visible at all times, while the flat cap completes the piece. Dual stainless steel clip locks at the top of the feeder keep the roof in place, often preventing squirrels from lifting it and eating their fill. Use the included hanger to place this item on a hook or branch, away from a squirrel's reach. Thwart the squirrels in your garden by feeding birds from this Bouncer Squirrel Proof Bird Feeder.
