Red Rubin Basil

Description:

Red Rubin Basil is a captivating herb with rich, deep burgundy-purple leaves and a robust, spicy-sweet basil fragrance that makes it as useful in the kitchen as it is beautiful in the garden. The bold color creates stunning herb oils and vinegars that turn a rich, jewel-like purple, and the leaves are excellent in salads, as a garnish, and anywhere that the striking combination of basil flavor and dramatic color will make an impression. An All-America Selections winner that earns its place as both an ornamental and a culinary herb.
