Hosta – Guacamole, 1 Pack

Description:

Hosta Guacamole

Hosta Guacamole is a captivating large-leaved hosta awarded Hosta of the Year by the American Hosta Growers (2002) and the Royal Horticultural Societys Award of Garden Merit. Its puckered, glossy, apple-green leaves develop bright chartreuse centers framed by deep dark green margins, resembling a ripe avocado. In mid to late summer, towering 36 (90cm) scapes carry highly fragrant white to pale lavender blooms that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. This vigorous, sun-tolerant variety thrives in moist, well-drained soil and makes a dramatic specimen or groundcover in shaded gardens.
