Chocolate Beauty Bell Pepper

Description:

Chocolate Beauty Bell Pepper is a gourmet variety that earns its name the blocky, three-lobed fruits ripen to a rich, burnished chocolate-brown that looks unlike anything else on the vegetable tray, and the thick, crisp walls deliver a sweet, mild bell pepper flavor with a subtle depth that's especially delicious when roasted. Productive enough for regular harvesting and absolutely stunning in fresh salads or on a summer cheese board where the color makes an immediate impression.
