Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach

Description:

Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach is a classic 1850s heirloom with deeply savored, dark green, crinkled leaves that have more flavor and nutritional richness than flat-leaf spinach found in most grocery stores. Slow to bolt and remarkably cold-hardy, it extends the harvest window well into spring and fall, and the thick, textured leaves hold up beautifully whether eaten raw, sauted with garlic, or blended into a pasta sauce. A cold-season garden essential that earns its classic status.
