Beit Alpha Cucumber

Description:

Beit Alpha Cucumber is a legendary Middle Eastern heirloom prized for its thin, completely smooth and spineless skin, sweet, nearly seedless flesh, and a refreshingly mild flavor with zero bitterness. As a parthenocarpic variety, it sets fruit without pollination making it exceptionally reliable and productive, and a top choice for greenhouse growers. Simply the finest fresh-eating cucumber available: crisp, cool, and sweet enough to eat like fruit straight from the vine.
