Arugula

Description:

This arugula (Eruca sativa) produces distinctive, sharp, peppery leaves that are best harvested when 23 inches long and make a flavorful accent for mixed salads. Older greens can be lightly steamed with mustard or turnip greens, or used in creamed soups.
