Alyssum Carpet of Snow – Cornucopia Seeds

Description:

Lobularia maritima

• Old-Fashioned Heirloom Favorite
• Delicate, Pure White Blossoms
• Sweet Fragrance
• Mounding Plants Have Long Bloom Season

Surround your garden with sweet fragrance from this old-fashioned favorite. Delicate, pure white blossoms cover mound-like plants all season looking just like snow in the summertime. Ht. 6-8".

Gardner's Notes:Start seeds indoors 3 weeks before last frost or sow directly outdoors in spring when night temperatures are above 50F (10C). Grow in fertile, well-drained soil, spacing seeds 1-2" apart. Press seed into soil but do not cover. Thin seedlings 4-6" apart when small. Keep evenly moist for best bloom. After flowers fade, shear plants back to half their height to encourage rebloom.
