Yard Long Pole Bean

Description:

Yard Long Bean is a tropical Asian heirloom that lives up to its dramatic name climbing vines producing extraordinarily long, slender pods, sometimes exceeding two feet, with a distinctive flavor and tender, slightly chewy texture beloved across Chinese, Thai, and Southeast Asian cuisines. Stir-fried with garlic, black bean sauce, or sambal, these beans absorb flavor and develop a satisfying tenderness that standard green beans never achieve. A vigorous, heat-loving climber that produces abundantly all summer.
